RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased online and in store may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of order delivery or for store credit within 30 days of order delivery. All items must be in original packaging and condition. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment and store credit does not expire.
All classes and suppers are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, though not within 10 days of the event. Tickets to classes and suppers are eligible to be exchanged for store credit, though not within 10 days of the scheduled event date.
All edible & perishable items are non-returnable.
Gift Cards are non-returnable.
To return merchandise, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Be Just does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Be Just.

Should anything arrive damaged, please photograph the outside and inside of the box along with the damage and send to email@example.com. Do not throw away the box or damaged goods. All damage claims must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
