When you invest in a real sheepskin you have to maintain it if you wish to preserve the soft and smooth wool.
It is very easy to maintain and care for a sheepskin. All you need to do is brush through the sheepskin once a week with the brush. Remember to shake the sheepskin before and after you brush it. If you use your sheepskin every day, you should brush it once or twice a week. If you do not use you sheepskin every day but just once in a while and more as a decorative element, you can brush through it once a month. When you brush your sheepskin, some of the wool will come off, but this is perfectly normal there is nothing to worry about.
