The non-porous, smooth, cut and scratch-resistant glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. Enamel dishes are recommended for those allergic to nickel. Scratch resistant. Iron pots are pressed and stamped, and dipped in porcelain enamel, dried and fired at 850°C to be glass-fused. The result is long lasting, heat resistant up to 450°C, non-reactive, anti-bacterial, cut and scratch resistant. The porcelain enamel is all natural, including the metal oxides used in the dyes, ensuring that the entire item is metal-recyclable.
