The long careful process of creaming honey forces it to form miniature crystals that feel smooth on the tongue while releasing a burst of delicious sweet flavor as they melt in the mouth. Creamed honey doesn’t run or drip and is excellent spread on biscuits, toast, muffins, sandwiches, meats and cheeses.
